Warm invitation to our next online info event on the topic: “Sustainable, social, and local investing with direct loans.”

Are you interested in sustainable investments? Tired of anonymous ETFs? Do you see money not just as a tool of power, but as a lever for creating change?

As a collective housing project within the Mietshäuser Syndikat network, our financing is largely based on small private loans. Individuals lend small amounts of money to the project for a fixed period of time and receive a set interest rate in return. Repayment is made through our rental income.

On November 6th at 8:30 PM, we’ll be hosting an online info event. In a short presentation, we’ll talk about sustainable investing in general and direct loans in particular, introduce our housing project, and explain why we’re seeking additional direct loans — how the money will be used and what’s in it for you.
